- Venue report data you submit, including payout ranges, logistics notes, production details, and evidence links.
- Moderation and workflow data needed to operate the app, such as submission status and approval history.
How We Use Information
- To provide the core VenueScope experience and display aggregated venue insights.
- To review and moderate submissions for trust and data quality.
- To manage accounts, band memberships, and approvals.
- To improve app reliability and product experience.
User-Submitted Content
VenueScope relies on user-submitted venue reports. Submitted information may be reviewed by admins and used in aggregated venue analytics after approval. VenueScope is designed to present aggregated venue intelligence rather than attributing public venue data to individual users.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use third-party service providers (such as hosting, authentication, and app infrastructure providers) to operate VenueScope.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may request account deletion from within the app. In some cases, approved venue-report data may be retained in aggregated form to preserve venue intelligence and data quality, while account access and profile identity are removed.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in free-text notes or evidence links.
